Ingredients: Distilled water, Witch Hazel, Lavender, Lemon Geranium, Bergamot  Vanilla  Essential Oils.

Lemon oil- can have a very positive impact on stress levels through its ability to help regulate everything from dopamine to serotonin in the brain. 

Directions:  Shake well before each use. Spritz on Face and body or on your bedding. Avoid eye area.   Re-apply every 3-4 hours .
